SastaOffer.com is not a seller. We do not sell any products or services on our platform. We are a free-to-use deals, coupons, cashback, and bank-offer aggregator. All purchases you make happen directly on the merchant's website (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, MakeMyTrip, and others).
Because we do not process transactions or receive payments from users for any product, no refund is owed by SastaOffer.com for products purchased on a third-party merchant.
2. For Purchases Made on Merchant Websites
If you have an issue with an order — such as wrong item, damage, delayed delivery, cancellation, or product return — please contact the merchant directly. Refunds are governed by the return / refund policy of that specific merchant.
We have compiled below general guidance for the most-used merchants:
- Amazon India — return window varies by category, usually 7–30 days
- Flipkart — 7–10 day return window on eligible items
- Myntra / Ajio — 15–30 day return window
- Nykaa — 15 day return on unopened beauty products
- MakeMyTrip / Swiggy / Zomato — service-specific cancellation policies
Please read the merchant's return policy before placing an order.
3. Cashback Reversal
If SastaOffer.com offers cashback (where applicable) and the underlying transaction is:
- Cancelled
- Returned
- Paid via ineligible payment methods
- Detected as fraudulent
… the associated cashback may be reversed from your SastaOffer wallet. You will be notified via email.
4. Membership / Premium Features (if applicable)
Should SastaOffer.com introduce any paid membership, premium features, or in-app purchases in the future:
- A 7-day no-questions-asked refund window will be offered from the date of purchase
- Refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- Refunds will not apply to services that have been substantially consumed
5. Coupons & Deals — Not Working
If a coupon code, deal, or price shown on SastaOffer.com does not work when you reach the merchant checkout:
- Please report it via support@sastaoffer.com so we can verify and update our listing
- SastaOffer.com is not liable for compensation as we do not control merchant pricing or coupon validity
6. Grievance Redressal
If you are unable to resolve an issue with the merchant, and you believe SastaOffer.com's listing was misleading, you may raise a formal grievance with our Grievance Officer. Please refer to our Contact & Grievance Policy page.
