2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Services.
3. User Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Use of the Services
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce the content, deals, or coupon codes without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Services
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content
- Use automated tools to abuse cashback, referral, or reward systems
5. Deals, Coupons & Offers
- All deals, coupons, cashback percentages, and bank offers are listed based on information received from merchants or affiliate networks and may change without notice
- Availability, expiry, and terms of any offer are decided solely by the respective merchant
- SastaOffer.com does not guarantee that any coupon code will work, or that any listed price will be honoured
- We strongly recommend verifying the price and offer on the merchant's website before completing a purchase
6. Affiliate Relationship
SastaOffer.com may earn a commission when you click a link and make a purchase on a partner merchant's website. This does not add any cost to you. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
7. Cashback & Rewards (where offered)
- Cashback is tracked via affiliate networks and confirmed only after the merchant validates the transaction
- Returns, cancellations, or usage of certain payment methods may make a transaction ineligible for cashback
- Cashback amounts and minimum redemption thresholds are subject to change
8. Intellectual Property
All content on SastaOffer.com — including the logo, design, code, text, graphics, and compilation of deals — is the property of SastaOffer.com or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Merchant logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.

The Services contain links to third-party merchant websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these external sites. Your interactions with any third party are governed by their terms and policies.
